| Instructions: |
- click on the competition event buttons as appropiate to the ones
your entering. which are at the top of the screen (above the form).

- there should appear text in the comment box relating to the events
entered. For entering all events, press the All competitions button.
|
- if you make a mistake with entry press the reset button below the
form.
|
- fill in your first name , last name, and email address note- a valid
email address is essential.
|
- If you want to fill in the telephone Number do so.
|
- Press the submit button when ready to email results of the form to
the secretary.
